Audio Guide – Monsieur de France


1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of the digital audio guide “Audioguide Nancy” offered on the Monsieur de France website. 9 rue de Maréville, Laxou

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.


2. Product Description

The audio guide is a digital product that can be accessed online after registration and payment.

It includes a multi-stage audio tour that allows visitors to explore the city of Nancy.

Access is provided via online viewing; no app download is required.


3. Price

The price of the audio guide is set at 7.50 euros (including tax). It may vary depending on the destination, and this is clearly indicated on the page. 

The seller reserves the right to change this price at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.


4. Access to the service

After payment, the user gains immediate access to the audio guide.

The service is accessible from any compatible device (smartphone, tablet, computer) with an internet connection.


5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges:

  • expressly waive their right of withdrawal

  • agree to immediate service


6. Liability

The seller shall not be held liable in the event that:

  • service interruption due to a technical issue beyond its control

  • incompatibility with certain equipment

  • misuse of the service

  • the user's lack of attention to the context in which the product is being used (traffic, environment)

Users are responsible for their own safety during their visit (when traveling around town).

Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited without permission.


8. Personal Data

The information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of managing the service.

In accordance with applicable regulations, users have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Nancy.

In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution before taking any legal action.
